My Computer May Have a Virus, But My AntiVirus Won't Detect One [IMG]

Yesterday I noticed that my computer was totally glitching out. I first noticed my clock glitched out, only showing 6:1 and not 6:15 PM. I then noticed that the text on all of my desktop icons were black, then all of my system's apps were blank with no text. ex: Task Manager shows no text whatsoever.

Anytime I hovered over a file location if there was text, it would disappear. If I hovered over white text on my desktop, it'd go black. And on some occasions, my clock would be normal. If I click on it, the time is shown, plus the calendar. My computer isn't running slow at all, it's running normally. I've run 5 Norton virus full-system scans and no threats were detected. I hadn't downloaded any .exe files yesterday or the day before, I hadn't clicked on any sketchy emails, links, etc. I have no idea how I may have gotten a virus and this computer is precious to me, I'd really appreciate some help.

    :)
