Windows 10: My Computer No Longer Prints Images Correctly

As a result, The right side of the image is cut off since it's outside of the page. This happens when I try to print to my printer or use Microsoft Print to PDF. However, if I use PrimoPDF a really old print to PDF application it works correctly and I can print to my printer from that without any dif

B&W printing problem

Print a photographic image with true black in it somewhere and see if it comes out correctly. If not, then yes, replacing your black ink cartridge should do it.

Edit: And yes, Namslas' suggestion is a good one, though I'd suggest alcohol instead of water.

There are instances where certain file types may not be compatible with the printer.
However, to get a better clarity on the issue, I would require some information.

• What is the file format that you are trying to print?
• What is the make and model of the printer?
  
• Are you able to print any other images or documents?
  
• Are you trying to print the files directly from the website or do you have the files saved on the computer?

Microsoft Print to PDF mixes up JPGs.

Thank you for posting in Microsoft Community.

To understand the issue better, I suggest you to answer the below questions.

• What happens when you select small bunch of images and try to print?
• Is the issue specific to the Microsoft Print to PDF?

I would suggest you to follow the below steps and check if it helps you.

• Create a new folder and copy the images you want in PDF.
• Sort the images as you want. (It always copies as per the sorted time/date)
• Set the images in Order/Sequence as you want it to be set in PDF.
• Select all and Print it to PDF.
