Windows 10: My Computer no longer recognises me audio output ie my computer's inbuilt speakers Realtek...

I cannot seem to get it back. Had this trouble previously and was able to restore to earlier versions and it would work again.Can't seem to do that now.I cannot uninstall and reinstall drivers as this isn't recognised.It doesn't recognise the hardware.

Click on device manager.

Click on Audio inputs and outputs.

Are the inbuilt speakers listed there (they could be by another name and not necessarily called inbuilt speakers)?
