Windows 10: My computer often shuts down entirely and I think I know the issue but I need confirmation.

My computer repeatedly shuts down and crashes all programs occasionally and I think I know why, but I’m not sure.

I was looking online for solutions and found that old drivers often cause this, is it possible for a monitors driver to be the source of the issue?

It’s driver date is 4/21/09 version 1.0.0.0

Is it possible or is it something else?
