Windows 10: My computer randomly freezes and/or restarts

For a week it has been happening. It randomly freezes or restarts without notice or anything. It happens regardless of whatever I'm doing, playing a videogame or checking pdf.Another problem is that the wifi and Bluetooth don't work unless I put an external antena although I'm not sure if these problems are related, they started at the same time

I had already tried turning off fast startup, to no avail.
Will look at the list you provided, thanks. Hard to do when computer freezes on the Windows loading screen though. *Biggrin
