Windows 10: My computer randomly got slower

I have a laptop that runs Windows 10 64-bit. Today I went on my laptop and noticed that my computer couldn't run apps as well as it did yesterday. I checked my task manager and it was above 60 when I was only using my browser but it slowly went down. My memory was also at like 70 but that never went down. I didn't change much yesterday, the only thing I remember changing my performance was when I unplugged my laptop. I put my laptop battery to focus more on battery life than performance because the battery was low and I wanted to watch a video while I slept. That brings us to the present where

Computer Randomly Turns on From Sleep

I only saw this thread now, otherwise I would have suggested this sooner.
I had that same problem you are having, my computer was waking-up from S3 and the culprit was my X7 mouse.
powercfg -lastwake also listed the HID keyboard device which was an extension of the mouse.
Besides going in device manager and setting everything to not being able to wake-up the computer from S3, I also did this to the power profiles:
