Windows 10: My computer Randomly Restarts

I recently updated the drivers for my GPU and chipset and now my computer restarts every time I turn on a game and sometimes if I'm facetiming. I uninstalled the new drivers and reinstalled the old ones, but the problem didn't go away. I updated all of my drivers, including the GPU and chipset, and updated my BIOS. Nothing changed. I created a Windows 10 .iso file and reset Windows. Still nothing. I stress tested my CPU and GPU and they both passed with no overheating issues. I checked all of the cables and cleaned out any dust. I've run out of ideas.My PC:CPU - AMD Ryzen 9 5900x 12-core 3.7g

Random shut down and restart??

Computer: Intel (R) Pentium (R) Dual cpu
E220@2.406hz
2.42 GHZ, 2.00 GB of RAM
Windows xp

Ever since I replaced the fan (with heat sink) the computer has randomly shut down and then restarted, at first during streaming, and now, will shut down and restart anytime. I tried to replace the graphics card to no avail. *Confused *Mad

One suggestion was to replace the RAM.

Any suggestions on how to repair my computer?
