Windows 10: My computer randomly started acting up and now I can’t sign in my computer at all, it keeps...

I need a response ASAP. Why is it so hard to just talk to someone on the phone??? My computer randomly started acting up and now I can’t sign in my computer at all, it keeps asking me for the bitlocker recovery key, which I have, so I type it in. At first it would start to restart then I would run into an issue where it would say that my laptop is unable to restart and to try again . And it’s just a process of doing that over and over and over again. This happened for seemingly no reason as I was able to use my laptop fine just minutes before. There’s more to explain but this would be so much

Computer keeps randomly starting after recent Windows 10 update. After the initial update, it asked me to sign in to Microsoft....couldn't find my old password to sign in to some features it required me to sign in to, so I changed the password. It has
been randomly rebooting ever since. Fans are working, but the computer is older, so I can't totally rule out the power supply. As I said, this started after the latest update.

Defender keeping from connecting to network computer
