Windows 10: My computer randomly stutters, inputs are really delayed and audio cuts out.

Whenever I play games, my PC sometimes just stutters, my audio cuts out, my inputs are super delayed and the game looks like it's freezing up followed by my computer fan speed ramping up for a bit. It does this whenever I am playing games and thought it was a RAM issue. I thought that the computer was having issues processing the game so I upgraded my RAM from 32 GB to 64 GB but I am still having these issues. PC Random very short freezes or stutters and audio buzzes or cuts

So I finally got around to testing it, It is still happening, it will buzz audio and stutter for a second and then sometimes my mic will cut out on discord and I wont be able to speak. I can hear but no input is being picked up until I un plug wireless receiver and plug back in. I have also cut off the usb power saving mode just in case it was that. But no luck

 

Microphone randomly cuts volume

Let us uninstall then re-install the Audio input and output driver by following these steps:

• Right click Windows icon.
• Select Device Manager.
• Right click the driver under Audio input and output then select
  Properties.
• Choose Driver tab.
• Click Uninstall Device.
• Restart your computer after uninstalling the drive.

The driver will automatically be re-installed after restarting the computer. If the issue still occur, do the same steps and choose
Update Driver.
