Windows 10: My computer reset itself!!!???

I went to sign into my desktop a few days ago and a message came up saying something about my account settings have changed when I had not even used it in days or touched the settings. It let me log in but all of my files and everything were gone. The only thing that stayed on the computer was my microsoft account. Everything that was saved to my computer is gone and I never backed it up so I can not figure out how to get it back. Does anyone know what happened or how I can fix it? I have tried googling solutions and found nothing. I have restarted my computer, updated it, went through settings but still can't figure it out. Any help would be greatly appreciated!!!

Thank you john for all of your help i decided to get the usb my computer came with and factory reset it i didnt have anything that personal or valueable so its ok thanks for the help though i appreciate it

 

One computer cannot access other network computers.


So I've tried every troubleshooting step I know:

• Double checked that Net Bios was enabled
• Ran a bunch of network commands:
  • flushed DNS
  • registered dns
  • pinged and located the named computers successfully
• Reset my router to factory settings

Nothing works when I try to access via explorer. I'm still baffled by the fact that every other computer can access each other AND access this computer. It's just the outgoing connection from this machine that doesn't work.

Any thoughts?
