Windows 10: My Computer Running Windows 11 Home Keeps Doing This?

In other words, what it is doing is downloading, never finishing, I won't let me access the Microsoft Store, I can't use Snipping tool to show it either, because it's stuck on the same thing. I've shut down, signed out, unplugged my computer, and still, it wont download. It also won't let me access Microsoft 365, which I do have downloaded and licensed. Here's a video: This. I can't give you much more than that.

What to do in Ubuntu ?

I'm new to this Linux and its variants.

For the first time I'm stepping out of coziness of Windows . What do you guys use Linux for ?

Also I'm in college, will be doing Computer Science Engineering (Programming) . Anything to learn you guys can suggest ?

Already know a bit of C++, Photoshop.

I suggest you to perform below mentioned troubleshooting steps and check if it helps.

Method 1: Run the Network Adapter troubleshooter.

Follow the below steps:

• 
  Type troubleshooting in the search bar.
  
• 
  Select Troubleshooting.
  
• 
  Select View all on the top left corner.
  
• 
  Click on Network Adapter.
  
• 
  Follow the on-screen instructions to run the troubleshooter.
  

If the issue persists then follow the below method.

Method 2: Update driver manually.

I suggest you to update the Network Adapter from the Device Manager.

Follow the below steps:

• 
  Right click on Start button and click on Device Manager.
  
• 
  Extend Network adapters driver from the list.
  
• 
  Right click on the Network driver and click on
  Update driver Software.
  

Check if it helps to resolve the issue.
