Windows 10: My Computer running windows 11 randomly restarts how do i fix this?

I have had this problem for a while i have done memory tests I have gotten a entirely new ssd updated drivers what is causing this issue is it just an issue with the new windows 11 or what this is really annoying especially when im uploading pictures.

Random shut down and restart??

Computer: Intel (R) Pentium (R) Dual cpu
E220@2.406hz
2.42 GHZ, 2.00 GB of RAM
Windows xp

Ever since I replaced the fan (with heat sink) the computer has randomly shut down and then restarted, at first during streaming, and now, will shut down and restart anytime. I tried to replace the graphics card to no avail. *Confused *Mad

One suggestion was to replace the RAM.

Any suggestions on how to repair my computer?

 

Windows Service not running at computer startup / restart.

@Samurai - Thanks for the suggestion, but how does this recommendaiton work with an already existing service? Because the service is already listed in the services list, it just refuses to start when set to "Automatic" when I startup or restart the computer.

By the looks of the "runaservice" download, it will create a whole new service in the services list, as if I don't currently have one.
