Windows 10: My computer runs on Microsoft Windows Enterprise and randomly shuts down when using Zoom or...

My computer runs on Microsoft Windows Enterprise and randomly shuts down when using Zoom or Google Meets, it has not happened on Teams yet, how can I fix this?The only time this has happened is when I am in a Zoom Meeting or a Google Meets Meeting, it has not happen on Teams yet. It happens when I am the host and when I am just a participant. Everything is working fine and without notice the computer will shutdown. Forcing me to restart my computer and rejoin the meeting. I have updated all my software and it still happens. How can I fix this?

randomly zoom in after upgraded to Windows 10 from Windows 7

I upgraded a desktop pc (non touch screen) from Windows 7 to Windows a week ago. The upgrade went smoothly, but it randomly zoom in by itself with all web browsers and the MS words. When that happened, it gradually zoomed in step by step until 10%. I turned
off the magnifier, but no luck. I tried to disable the magnifier by rename the magnifier.exe in system32 folder; that won't work either. I rolled it back to windows 7, no randomly zoom in any more. Any suggestion?

However, please let us know:

  Is the issue specific to the Zoom app?
  
• 
  Are you aware of any changes made to the computer prior to this issue?
  
• 
  Which build version of Windows 10 is installed on the computer? Refer
  Which version of Windows operating
  system am I running?
  

I would suggest you to refer the troubleshooting steps mentioned in the Zoom article

Testing computer or device audio and see if that helps.



However, I would also suggest you to get in touch with the
Zoom support team for further assistance with the issue.

Laptop randomly shuts down after latest Windows 10 update

Since the latest update of Windows 10 my computer decides to randomly shut down after every couple of minutes. First the screen goes black, then the sounds stops and after quite a while the power also goes down.

Obviously I though of cleaning the fan with a big vacuum, as suggested on My Windows 10 Computer Randomly Shuts Down . However, after doing this, the shutting down goes even quicker. I cannot even properly log-on before the shutdown takes place.

What should be my next step?

Ps. The computer is quited aged (roughly 3 - 4 years). The battery is dead enough such that I always need to have it plugged in an outlet. It might just be "done for" but I'm hoping to revive it for just a little bit more.
