    My computer says it's not capable of bluetooth?


    I have been using bluetooth headphones with my computer for ages. However, today it disconnected my headphones mid-game - I figured they had run out of power so I plugged them in to let them recharge, but when they were charged again it didn't work. I went into bluetooth settings and the options Windows 11 troubleshooting sites say should be available aren't there - when I tried to run the troubleshooter, it said that there is no bluetooth capability on my computer, which makes no sense whatsoever. It said I needed to connect an external bluetooth adapter, which...uh, no? It came with one buil

    As you may already know, you should not be able to connect your computer to any Bluetooth device without having a Bluetooth capability. We can confirm that your computer does not have this feature by checking it under Device Manager. Here's how:

    • Click Start.
    • Type Device Manager and hit Enter.
    • Check if there is a Bluetooth device icon being displayed.
