Windows 10: My computer screen is on recovery

My computer is on recovery it says the application or operating system couldn’t be loaded because a required file is missing or contains errorrs I did everything I pressed the f8 and hit enter and it dose nothing what can I do it’s not taking it any where still on the same page and I just don’t know can I help me with this issue

Recovery Screen Appears When Computer Attempts to Sleep


Problem has returned.
1) I boot up into Windows 10.
2) When the computer tries to sleep, I get the Recovery screen.
3) When Recovery Screen appears, I select "Reboot Windows"
4) Computer boots into Windows 10
Rinse and Repeat....

Does anyone have any suggestions?
