Windows 10: My computer show this screen.what should I do?

I have a Lenovo laptop. I have ran into a problem in windows 10. Stop Code: unmountable boot volume After seeing this I prepare a bootable USB drive for windows 10. After I plugged my USB drive into the computer and select the USB drive from the boot menu. My computer shows this screen.Please tell me what is the solution?

Help! Data partition not showing under my computer

This is happening on a windows 2000 server. Our second partition of the system, for data is not showing under my computer. Here are the properties of it in disk management:





Now under logical drives its listed as F and shows free space available.

Suggestions on how to fix this?

Thank you john for all of your help i decided to get the usb my computer came with and factory reset it i didnt have anything that personal or valueable so its ok thanks for the help though i appreciate it
