    I need help with a problem I’m having with micro soft 365. I had trouble with downloading it , initially. You helped me get it done. Ever since then , my computer shuts down & reboots at various site, particularly E -Bay. It displays Windows.com/stop code every time , then reboots. Please advise how to correct this. Should I uninstall windows 365?

    It says If you call support p[erson, give them this info: Stop code: DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL

    What failed Ipeaklwf.sys

    W 10 will not shut down completely

    I have not changed the Intel Search Engine to a previous version as suggested, so I cannot say whether it works for my computer or not.

    What bothers me is that after Windows updates when my computer is on and I select reboot now instead of 3 a.m., the shut down and reboot process works fine. So, with my logic, I wonder how it can shut down completely after an update, but not when I shut
    down at the end of a normal day. I feel like the ability is there, but a step is missing.

    Random shut down and restart??

    Computer: Intel (R) Pentium (R) Dual cpu
    E220@2.406hz
    2.42 GHZ, 2.00 GB of RAM
    Windows xp

    Ever since I replaced the fan (with heat sink) the computer has randomly shut down and then restarted, at first during streaming, and now, will shut down and restart anytime. I tried to replace the graphics card to no avail. *Confused my computer shuts down & reboots at various site, particularly :confused:*Mad my computer shuts down & reboots at various site, particularly :mad:

    One suggestion was to replace the RAM.

    Any suggestions on how to repair my computer?
