Windows 10: My computer somehow spamming J

Please fix this problem. So just now was going to enter my password in the login screen then it started spamming J in my computer no keys were stuck pressed and I wasn't holding any. Now I'm typing this in my phone. I was spamming XC for a bit that was the solution but didn't work then I tried to swipe my keyboard. I got blood on my pinky. Now I ran out of ideas. So please help me :

You can move to spam folder all day long and you get the same unwanted emails the next day. What a piece of crap. I'm about to go with a Chromebook or Apple. Microsoft sucks more and more.
