Windows 10: my computer started being VERY laggy at random points when using my pc

hi does anyone know how I can fix my PC I am running an RX 580 ryzon 5 2600 and 16 GB of ramafter I installed windows 11 about a year ago when It was first released it started getting heavily laggy and freezes sometimes, and also my PC explorer.exe crashes a lot sometimes after logging in or sometimes after looking on edge thanks

I suggest you to try the troubleshooting steps listed in Troubleshoot
lags or freezes in Windows and check if it works.

Note:

Reset will result in the loss of data and the applications installed. You may take a backup of the data before reset.

graphics on my PC have been super laggy

Hi everyone, have been trying to follow this thread and have tried most things but now feel like I've exhausted most efforts..

Since updating to 19041.630 the graphics on my PC have been super laggy, I've tried to do a repair install from USB, have run SFC/DISM a million times but keep getting "Problem with BITS service... HELPMSG 2182.." in the troubleshooting.

Any suggestions from this initial bit of info.. my next step will be a clean install *Party

That's what the auto setting will do since you're over the 1333 mark it jumps to the next step which isn't listed or officially supported I assume by that ram.

At this point though I would suggest dropping the multi one step or .5 so that we can get something stable and possibly take the heat issue out of the picture for now.
