Windows 10: My computer stuck in restart after reset and didnt reset complete

My is not opening and it is stuck at restarting and i did every method like window x power button for long time but didnt wotk approx 5 min pls help me and i only reset the computer and the reset did not complete

Thank you john for all of your help i decided to get the usb my computer came with and factory reset it i didnt have anything that personal or valueable so its ok thanks for the help though i appreciate it

 

Windows 11 Reset Stuck on "Just a Moment" Screen Forever

I performed the reset through Windows Recovery and selected 'Remove Everything.' However, I encountered two issues:

1. The computer restarted unexpectedly or encountered an unexpected error during Windows installation. As a result, the installation cannot proceed. To install Windows, click ‘OK’ to restart the computer, and then restart the installation.
   
   • I resolved this by following a guide that involved running 'regedit' and modifying 'setup.exe' located under '/HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE/SYSTEM/Setup/Status/ChildCompletion.' I changed the data value from 1 to 3.
     
2. Another issue occurred: 'Windows could not complete the installation. To install Windows on this computer, restart the installation. Error.'
   
   • I solved this problem by performing the following steps:
     
     • Pressing (Shift + F10) on the keyboard.
       
     • Typing '(cd %windir%/system32/oobe/)'.
       
     • Typing '(msoobe)'.
       
   After executing these steps, the PC restarted but became stuck on the 'Just a Moment' screen indefinitely.
   

I attempted the reset process twice using local reset rather than a cloud download, and both times encountered the same two issues.

I also tried resetting the PC once while keeping the files. Although the reset was successful, I encountered the 'defaultuser0' issue.

No hardware swapped. The PC ran Windows 11 without any issue. I just had to reset it before selling.

Computer restarted and reset completely

I was using AUTOCAD and suddenly the blue screen with a message your windows need to restart came. The error code was dxgmms2.sys

And after the restart was 100%complete my laptop reset to factory settings with all my files in c drive users folder,under a new folder created with my name. I tried restarting and shutting down and oning is again but didnt help. Also the pop up notification
says nvidea ge force is not found install again.

Please help!!!
