Windows 10: My computer switched to a very weird language, and I dont know how to change it back.

The computer must have auto-updated or something, and now it is in a very weird language. It looks like a lot of symbols. Like these: (Y®ø¶OªÌ¬°µL¦æ¬°¯à¤O¤H¡AÀ³¥Ñ¨äªk©w¥N²z¤H¬°¤§¡FY¬°) . How do I fix this?

Prevent language from automatically being changed

• Since Keyla has stopped working.
• Two.
• When I test if the language stays after switching between programs - I switch to a different program, then switch the language, then switch to the previous program.
