My computer updated a few days ago and ever since it keeps asking for a bitlocker key when I log on. Is there anyway to fix this? Windows 11 and the update was on 15/09/2024 and was 2024-09 Cumulative Update for Windows 11 Version 23H2 for x64-based Systems

The troubleshooting links don't help. I just keep going around in circles. It says to do the following:

• Your Microsoft account online. This option is only available on non-domain-joined PCs. To get your recovery key, go to BitLocker Recovery Keys.
• However, when you click this all, I get is this....

This information is absolutely NOT helpful as no information is provided. I cannot get anyone to answer my question and now my Surface is stuck in safemode as a result of being unable to recover the Bitlocker. It would have been useful to know when first
getting this now useless piece of equipment as a gift that a Bitlocker key was going to be needed at some point in the future! All of this came about because of the wonderful power driver state failure which results in the inability to connect to the Internet
and me trying to fix it. Now instead of being able to periodically use my Surface, I cannot use it at all!!!!
