Windows 10: My computer updated to Windows 11 and now my sound doesn't work. How do I fix this problem?

I've tried reinstalling the drivers using the troubleshoot help task but none of those have worked.

I`m sorry I had not noticed that the text on the picture was in spanish. It says that windows has replaced some damaged clusters in "name" file and "directory". Then, at the end "an unspecified error occurred (75736e6a726e6c2e 4f6)".

I`ll do it and I`ll be updating this thread when I have the report.

Sound doesn`t work after I accidentally turn off computer while updating from windows 10 to windows 11. Now I can`t update to windows 11 also

I recently tried to update from windows 10 to windows 11. I accidentally turn off the computer while updating and since then my sound system doesn`t work at all, not even with headsets plugged in. When I try to open the sound system it works significantly slower, often freezing. I tried any solution found online including updating drivers, troubleshooting after troubleshooting, uninstalling and reinstalling drivers, lots and lots of analysis in cmd regarding corrupt files and, in the end, reset the PC to a factory state. Nothing seemed to work. All the data was deleted but it seems the problem remained. Another problem I found after the pc failed to update itself is that now it can`t update to windows 11 no more. This error is given "0x80070652 when trying to update.

 

Microphone doesn`t work

My microphone and ear-phone doesn`t work. Please help me, I have windows 7 home basic, my computer reproduces a sound, but devices no.
