Windows 10: My Computer was fine yesterday then very slow tomorrow

My computer is slow, but after sometime it suddenly After 2 weeks to a month ran fine, but then after sometime About 1 or 2 months later it becomes slow again, and continues on a loop. I am trying to identify this problem and fix it, does anyone know?
