My computer was not load Microsoft Store when open, and cannot scan with the Window Security Device Security *** Email address is removed for privacy ***

Microsoft Store not working, stuck at loading

I have this problem where the Microsoft Store continues to load indefinitely.

I have tried ALL the standard troubleshooting steps, and nothing has worked.

1. I did the wsreset command
2. I reset and repaired the Microsoft Store program
3. I stopped the update and crypto services and renamed files as some posts have suggested.
4. I uninstalled the store, then re-installed it.
5. I did a repair install of my windows system.
6. I did the sfc scan now and the dism thing.
7. I used the windows troubleshooter.

I noticed that in Task Manager the Windows Store background task host is suspended when I attempt to start the Windows Store application.
All the tips on how to un-suspend it are contained in the list of steps I already tried.

I am not even sure if that background task being suspended even matters!

If not even a repair install works, then what will!? There must be some esoteric problem with my system preventing it from working.

I need real expert assistance, not some "restart your computer" advice.

We understand the concern as you are unable to access Microsoft Store.
In order to get clarity and to assist you accordingly, please reply with the answers to the questions below:

• What is the Version and Build of Windows 10 installed on the PC? (Type
  winver in Windows search/Run command)

• Are you aware of any changes on the PC prior to this issue?
  

However, we can try a few steps and check.



Step 1:
Reset the Windows Store Cache

Press the Windows Logo Key + R to open the
Run dialog box, type wsreset.exe, and then select OK.



Note:
A blank Command Prompt window will open, and after about ten seconds the window will close and Microsoft Store will open automatically.



Step 2:
Run the Windows Store Apps Troubleshooter

Select the Start button, and then select Settings>Update & Security
> Troubleshoot, and then from the list select Windows Store apps > Run the troubleshooter.



Step 3: Running PowerShell Command

1. Press Windows + X key and select Windows PowerShell (Admin).
   
2. Copy and paste this command, then press enter:
   Get-AppXPackage *WindowsStore* -AllUsers | Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register “$($_.InstallLocation)\AppXManifest.xml”}
   
3. Restart PC and check.

Step 4: New user account

If the issue persists, then we would suggest you to create a new administrator user account and check, refer this article to
create a local user or administrator account in Windows 10.

"I wonder how long it will be before The Microsoft Store opens in the mall down the street?"

I hope this doesn't turn out to be the bad decision that I think it will be. I don't think it is a good time, but I guess they have the money to burn don't they? They are really going to have to do something special to attract customers to their stores. Throwing Windows and miscellaneous software/hardware into a storefront isn't going to produce a winner. Hopefully they will hire some people like previous posters instead of the typical computer store douchebags who don't care. (No offense if you work in a computer store and care.)
