Windows 10: My computer will infinitely load

My computer will never stop loading and when I found a way to fix bye clicking f11 while turning on it worked I thought I fixed but then it didn’t work and now when I click f11 it will just infinitely load like when I’m just turning on and I want to start using it again how can I fix it and what is wrong with it it also put up a code that said driver pnp watchdog?

Infinite loading on desktop

Computer will boot and when I move the cursor down onto the taskbar it will infinitely spin, this happens only after Win 10 updates and requires the computer to be reset.

This is turning into a very taxing task to keep my computers up and running within my organization.

Thank you john for all of your help i decided to get the usb my computer came with and factory reset it i didnt have anything that personal or valueable so its ok thanks for the help though i appreciate it
