Windows 10: My computer will not download anything.

My Windows 10 computer seems to have issues downloading things. We have sat through multiple support chats online and even took it to Best Buy to attempt to fix this issue. I just got the computer back and it still won't download anything. It was previously thought to have been an excessiive amount of games, but I have deleted all of that. I was told to check for viruses but even the virus detector won't seem to load. My internet connection is also fine, as every single other device in the house is able to function properly. I am frustrated as nothing like this has ever happened to my computer

One question thou: you suggested me to Download the latest driver package from Nvidea. However, the link you posted is for the newly released GeForce GTX 760? Am I supposed to download the drivers for that card?

Sorry for my questions. As I said, I'm not an expert at all.

 

Downloading photos in Windows 10

Downloading from Panasonic digital camera.

I have followed the steps but "Import/Export photos doesn't appear in the dropdown list. Since this is the first time I am downloading into this computer with Windows 10 it was suggested that I need to load new drivers but I can't seem to find them.
