Windows 10: My computer will not start up Windows

When I start up my computer, it starts up as ussual, except it writes a messeage, which I dont know what means. But when it should go to the lockscreen, it just goes black, and stays like that. Is it something I can fix myself?

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
