Windows 10: My computer windows 10 shows a black screen with some flickering everytime I turn it on

I wanted to reset my computer because it started flickering and I couldn't fix the issue and after that it just shows a black screen with some flickering on it

Screen flickers and goes black

Nothing worked thing is i flickers a bit then turns black on the computer screen but doesn't flicker or go black on the monitor also when i restarted my computer and got to the home page it went black again i tried the 2 videos im trying the steps below rn

I haven't made any changes on my device. This screen flickering is only happening in Safe Mode.
