    My computer won't go to sleep


    From yesterday, my computer do a restart instead of shutdown when I click the shutdown button. I figured out that when I disable fast starup in Power options. My computer can now shutdown properly. But it can't go to sleep. I click the sleep button, it just go dark and then go to log in screen. Same problem when I let my computer go to sleep mode automatically.
    Can anyone please help me to solve this problem?
    I'm running the latest version of windows 10. (os build 14393.321)

    Computer won't go to sleep

    Hi,

    I'm having issues with sleep and shutdown after I upgraded to Windows 10, the Dell Studio XPS 8100 won't go to sleep. The screen turns off, but the power LED stays on and the fan as well.

    Any solution for this problem?
