Windows 10: My computer won't leave the Time And Date screen.

Hello, My brother has done something to my pc and it is stuck on the time and date screen when you first turn it on. Every time i press a button, it instantly just refreshes the page and goes back to the time and date screen. I was going to try and reset it but i can't even get to that screen where the little icons appear in the bottom right of the screen.No matter what i do it doesn't want to leave that screen, i've tried unplugging and leaving it for a few hours but nothing has changed.

I suggest you to change the Date and Time format from Control Panel and check. Also select the time zone as UTC-5.00 Eastern Time.


After changing the setting, I suggest you to set “Windows Time” service as automatic. Follow the steps provided below.

• Press Windows logo Key + R key.
• Type services.msc
• Right click on Windows Time service.
• Select Properties.
• Under startup type drop down, change it to Automatic.
• Click on Apply button and OK button.

Restart your computer and check.

Date and time extremely malfunctioned

1. Are you getting an error message when changing the date and time on your computer?

If you are trying to change the computer's date and time, you may follow this steps:

• Click on the date and time on the lower right hand of the screen.
• Click on Date and time settings.
• Select the additional date, time, & regional settings.
• Select Set the time and date.
• Select Change date and time and set the correct date and time.

Date and Time Year is 3015 and can't change to 2015.
