Windows 10: my computer wont let me delete files

Discus and support my computer wont let me delete files in Windows 10 Gaming to solve the problem; I have tried everything under the sun. when I try to delete certain files i get "you require permission from SYSTEM to make changes to this file".     my computer wont let me delete files


    I have tried everything under the sun. when I try to delete certain files i get "you require permission from SYSTEM to make changes to this file". Then i try to give my self all permissions need for the entire C drive and a receive "Failed to enumerate objects in container". I've tried running my computer on an administrator account everything nothing works. I've tried command Prompt everything. all the files I'm trying to delete are in FileRepository folder don't know if that has anything to do with it.
