Windows 10: My computer wont start up!

Hello!


So I have had a computer for about over 5 years and I have messed it really good. I had some viruses which then lead to some internet problems and I had to disconnect it from the internet. I am trying to fix it but I keep getting in this loop where i cant boot it up because it says auto repair tool , then can't fix or repair, then blue screen that says D:\windows\system32\logfiles\Srt\SrtTrail.txt. I dont have any previous backups and my computer has not been updated in a year.

take everything but the cpu off of the motherboard and start like a new build following my guide, when you get to the step that isnt working look at it for your problem.

yes it sounds too simple but often you need to go back to basics to find things.

Home build wont start up

Being as we ruled out the PSU earlier it could be the board is bad.... not sure what to suggest now, you are sure the power switch leads are in the correct position and the 4/8 pin and 24pin are definately plugged in, with nothing else attached if you dont get it booting and it's not the PSU it says to me the board is at fault.
