Windows 10: My computer wont turn on after being hard stuck at 50% on a factory reset and will only go...

I tried to factory reset my computer and it was hardstuck at 50% for almost 3 hours and i turned it off by holding the power button down for 5 seconds saw that online as a way to help fix it being hardstuck. I tried to turn it back on and it prompt me with a choose operating system either windows ten or windows ten, turned it off again after clicking on it multiple times, then now it just goes immediately into sleep mode and i cant do anything.

Factory reset reachs 50% and the it stops and With the message There was problem with resetting you computer not changes have been made.

i factory reset my nokia lumia 620 and it was stuck on the turning gears for over 2 hours and now it wont turn on at all ???? please help

 

Windows 10 Factory Reset Stuck at 59%

I have an HP computer that has run into a lot of trouble in how smoothly it runs, etc., so I decided to do a factory reset and clean the hard drive out of personal files completely. It's now been at it for about 24 hours, stuck from about 3 hours to 24
at 59%. Is it safe to turn off the computer or cut the wi-fi to the computer to try and redo its resetting process? Any other suggestions?
