    Computer won't turn on

    I just build this new computer and it's not turning on. This is my first computer that i build so i'm not sure if i build it right. I don't know what the problem is. My friend saids it might be because i did not install the cpu fan tight enough and the fan and the cpu is not touching so its not turning on. I did not take it apart yet to inspect it. Just wanted to hear some more opinions before i do so. Also i know its not the PSU thats dead because when i push the power button my cpu fan light goes on and other lights on my mobo goes on as well but it's only for a sec. If anyone can help me figure out what is wrong with my computer. Thank you
