Windows 10: my computer wont update

my computer wont update it will be stuck at somewhere around 90 percent and then update failed reverting change . this is so annoying ive also been trying to pair my xbox controller to my computer but it turn off after i press the pair button. i also tried using usb but it wont work.. 2021-06 Cumulative Update for Windows 10 Version 20H2 for x64-based Systems KB5003637 is the update . i also tried installing xbox app but it was stuck on "verifying license". when i tried installing xbox accessories the store froze before i could even click get

Insurgency wont install and run for me....

I have played and have fully updated CS and Half life 2....
I am using the newest client and installed the SDK.

I am completely blown away, if i click the desktop icon it starts the sdk and then closes, and it doesn't show up in my game list...

First mod attempt install here, followed the directions step by step on the mods website...

Any ideas?
