Windows 10: My computor randomly started to have blue screen critical process died a few days ago and...

When i try to open my pc, it would blue screen, restart and then show the choose an option screen with continue, troubleshoot and turn off thingidk what it is called. I didnt download anything new and i have tried a variety of fixes which didnt work. i have not hard resetted it, but i did try the chkdsk and the SFc scannow. The SFC says that Windows resource protection could not perform the requested operation and the chkdsk says that it failed to transfer logged messages to the event log with status 6. Startup repair says that it couldnt repair your pc and logfile: F:\System32\logfiles\Srt\

Blue Screen- Critical Process Died

My sister's laptop suddenly got the blue screen error with the code: CRITICAL PROCESS DIED. She mostly uses the laptop for school and some important tests is on the way.

We've been struggling all day with this problem. We've tried troubleshooting it using

• "Startup Repair",
  
• "Command Prompt",
  
• " System Restore",
  

But still nothing.

I've installed a Windows Bootable Media on a seperate USB, but I don't know if it'll delete all her personal info.

Please let me know if there is any way to save her laptop and if I should use the Wndows Bootable Media.
