Windows 10: my connection freezes every minute or 2 for around 10 seconds, no matter what game i play,...

the rtt delay is 1000+ for around 10 sec every minute or two whenever i play valorant, or any other game, and this freeze is the same with any call im in or any stream im watching, basically having no internet for 10 sec over and over, im using my collage wifi, and my roommate using the exact same connection has no issue, is there and trouble shoot i can do, ive looked for hours and cant find anything.AMD Ryzen 9 5900X 12-Core Processor 3.70 GHz32.0 GBwindows 11

Computer freezes when playing games on second monitor

I have a Lenovo Z710 laptop that has two GPUs: an NVIDIA GeForce GT 745M and the Intel integrated graphics. When I don't have a second monitor hooked up to my laptop, games run without any issues; if I hook up the second monitor through VGA it runs fine until I start playing a game, and my computer freezes completely to the point where I have to force it to restart. It's never instant - sometimes it takes one hour for the freeze to happen - sometimes only 20 minutes.

It seems like the freeze happens only when I'm using GT745M GPU while second monitor is connected to laptop. GPU drivers are up to date and I don't know what else to do to troubleshoot this problem.

 

PowerDVD 9 freezes on startup for 10 seconds

My problem is that my PowerDVD 9 freezes whole system for 5-10 seconds while starting. It happens on my HD monitor Samsung 240HD. But when I connect 40 inch 720p tv it works great. Please, can u suggest what the problem or give some link to fix.

 

Can't play Hit It Rich game and system freezes

I can understand how frustrating it would be. This issue might be due to corrupted profile or if the game is not installed completely. I suggest you to follow these steps and let us know if it works.

Could you please help me with the below questions:

• Are you aware of any changes happened on the computer prior to this issue?
  
• Have you tried playing this game on other browser (Google chrome or Mozilla) and check for the issue?
  

Step 1: Uninstall or Repair the game.

1. Press Windows and
   R key together on your Keyboard.
2. Type appwiz.cpl and hit enter.
   
3. Right click on the Hit it Rich app > Select Repair or uninstall it.
4. Reinstall the application and check for the issue.
   

Step 2: Create a new local account.

The reason might be due to user account corruption, so I would suggest you to ‘Create
a local user or administrator account’ and check if the issue persists.

Note: You will not see all your files under your default file location.
So your data will be saved under C:\Users\User_name.
