Windows 10: my connection though the ethernet is gone and idk how to fix it

so I tried to restart the rooter, take the ethernet cable out and put it back in again and nothing, I tried switching the ports. NOTHING idk what to do and I'm using that thing where you send the internet though the plug sockets or whatever but for some reason they stopped working abruptly can I have some help

To better understand the query, please answer the following questions:

• After restarting is your computer in normal mode or not?
• Are you getting any error message?

I suggest you to reset the modem\ router and check if the Ethernet connection works or not.

How to delete an ethernet connection?

Just as title says. I have some old ethernet connections in my list, and I would like to delete it to clean.

Any suggestion?
