How do you get your Contact List back from Windows 10 when it disappears from your screen after changing your password ?

E63 Contact list has disappeared

All of a sudden, my contacts list disappeared. I can't add any contacts back either. I've reset to factory settings, and have the most current software updated. Short of sending it in for repairs or taking it to a care center, does anyone have any suggestions?
My contacts are backed up in Ovi, but I'm not sure if they can be exported into my phone.
