Windows 10: My cousin forgot her password n don't have access to the old phone number

I forgot my bios password- How I can reset it?

Same here but I keep the text file on a separated drive with a backup copy on a USB stick and a hard copy in a binder on a book shelf. Hard to believe others don’t do something similar.

 

GroupMe PIN to OLD phone number- cant reset password

We created a GroupMe account. Our phone number has changed. We forgot our password. We tried to reset password but PIN goes to old phone number. How do we get PIN to go to new phone number?
