Windows 10: My CPU causing pixelated images .

Hi ..My name is Sulaiman ..Lately I've upgraded my CPU from an I5 7500 to an I7 6700k bought it second handed , the CPU is causing the pictures to be Pixelated - like what would see in a bad GPU - only in pictures , videos are not affected neither my games . and i noticed another issue which is when i open multiple taps on MS Edge or Chrome , the browser will crash , but strangely Fire fox works just fine .and some of my games won't even start like PUBG steam , also while i'm playing games the audio starts to cut off or stutter .When i put back my I5 7500 it works fine and every thing

[HELP]Image recovery issues

Guys i am trying to fix my cousins Asus Eee netbook. It has a backup image file that is partitioned on the hard drive but when I go to use it the app will run through a few steps and stop. It is running Vista . Any suggestions?

I suggest take it to the retailer for proper assessment as soon as possible.

There are several troubleshooting steps for the instability issues (suspecting a faulty SD memory card) but the phone need official evaluation of the dead pixels.
