Discus and support my cpu clockspeed is frequently flucauting when i play games or run high end applications... in Windows 10 Gaming to solve the problem; whenever i play games on AC in my laptop on starting it works fine but for few seconds my FPS drops and then get high again, this happens again and...     my cpu clockspeed is frequently flucauting when i play games or run high end applications...


    whenever i play games on AC in my laptop on starting it works fine but for few seconds my FPS drops and then get high again, this happens again and again.

    my graphics card is NVIDIA geforce 940mx4gb and 8gb ram

    my laptop is HP Pavilion Notebook.

    please need help fast....

    high cpu usage

    After downloading windows 10, anytime I run any programs, I get high CPU usage. It does not matter whether it is google chrome, task manager, playing games, whatever. Anything seems to spike the CPU usage. I have already run malwarbytes and my antivirus
    programs and find no viruses. Any suggestions? Thanks.
