    My CPU does not work at full capacity


    Hello! I need help. My CPU does not work at full capacity. When running under Linux works perfectly with 4.7 Ghz of core,
    when running under Windows 10 it has 1.3 GHz of core.
    What can be the problem and can you help?
    CPU: AMD FX 9590
    Maderboard: Crosshair V Formula - Z - v.1.0
    16 GB RAM DDR3 2400 Mhz
    power: RM850 Corsair

    Since none of the troubleshooting steps here worked, I'd suggest you do a Clean install.

    • Can you include a screenshot of the CPU reading?
    • Have you tried performing a
      clean boot
      to eliminate software conflicts?
    • What troubleshooting steps have you done so far?
