Windows 10: My CPU is spiking to 100% usage without a reason.

I have a problem with my desktop computer. The thing is that yesterday I changed my graphics card from rtx 2060 to gtx 1650 and after uninstalling the drivers with the help of ddu and pulling out the 2060 graphics, my computer could not turn on when it had 1650 in it, or rather it turned on, the fans and lights were on but there was no video output and my keyboard didn't light up either, nothing worked. On my motherboard, the DRAM LED was on, and then it flashed on the CPU LED. I turned it off and on a few times and after about 5 attempts it turned on normally. Since then, for comparison, the

Audiodg.exe Spikes Cpu Usage

Every 5 minutes or so audiodg.exe spikes my cpu usage to about 50% and any audio im playing cuts out and then comes back a second or 2 later. The video is completely fine and it's not a problem with
my USB Headset. audiodg.exe stays at low cpu usage when it's not spiking.

Solutions I've tried:

1. turning off audio enhancements
2. reinstalling lan, and audio drivers
3. turning off HPET
4. lowering the sound quality in control panel
5. DPC Latency checker (no change when spiking)

None of these solutions work. Please help.

 

CPU Usage 100% for no reason

Hi all,

I am getting usage on task manager for CPU to be 100% no matter what applications I got running. How can I stop this and what is the reason behind the 100% usage?

Hello everyone! So i've been experiencing quite high CPU usage (100% non stop) for no reason, i've checked my hardware/software but nothing seems to cause any issues. My PC is always using it's full CPU power even if it is task manager. I have used an antivirus (bitdefender) but it showed me nothing. Please help.
