Windows 10: My CPU percentage is increased upto 80%, its making the laptop heat a lot, in task manager...

its making the laptop heat in task manager it is showing visual basic command line compiler is using the most cpu

DISK USSAGE @Task Manager Increase and Deacrease percentage.

I just want to ask to clarify this issue. My disk usage Increase and Decrease percentage on my task manager. From Windows 8.1 I have this kind problem my task manager show that my usage is 100% and it causes lag on my PC, other issue at my previous OS was
the virus my whole space on my OS drive was all consume. So I decided to reset my PC in Factory setting, after the reset I checked again the task manager and my Disk usage was decrease but suddenly it increases again to 100%, at that moment I decided to Upgrade
it into Windows 10 that is my OS now, and still same goes happen.

Can you guys suggest anything ?

Is it Normal ?

Troubleshooting Done.

1. Disable Background Intelligent, SuperFetch and Windows Search.

2. Scan Drive C(OS),D,F (No Trouble Found)

3. Scan Whole PC (No Threat Detected)

CPU constantly at 100% in task manager

That is exactly what I did previously. I tried setting max to 80% to test and task managers cpu displays constant 80% instead of 100% on the performance tab and 80% above the cpu column in the users tab. Sadly it has no effect but thank you for the suggestion.
