    my cpu usage is more than normal even after a reset


    i had a problem of 100% cpu usage it first occured when i am downloading bluestacks and my pc ran into automatic repair and failed and made a loop so to exit i chose and reset my pc erase everything but after a reset also it is continuing plz help me

    my system is 8 gb ram with 2 gb nvidia graphics card

    windows 10 single home

    64 bits

    Spikes in CPU usage

    Open Task Manager and under list of Processors , sort them by CPU usage and see what process is using it.

    1% to 17% is normal and it might be background task for maintain Windows or Anti-Malware check.

    Does it happening with Rainmeter skin?
