Windows 10: My CPU utilization is 100% while gaming.

I was playing Dead space remake and I relize that my cpu utilization is 100%. I puted the graphics quality on low but it remains the same.after that i tried another games but it was the same. I have 100% cpu even on online games like The Finals!when I close these games the cpu become only 10% or less.when I run the games the game takes about 90% cpu and other programs about 10% so it become 100%. but the temperature of the cpu is only 50-60.what did i do untill now :1 All of the drivers are updated2 I put the priority of the game into High and windows decide and the result was the same3 I

I recently upgraded from Windows 8.1 to 10, and discovered a weird problem when opening task manager where CPU utilization was always at 100%. I did a clean install of Windows 10 to make sure it wasn't application specific, but still the same problem.

This problem is very strange because utilization doesn't seem to be tied to a specific process- it just always seems to add up to 100%. Resource monitor actually shows CPU Usage to be in the million%, which is definitely wrong. No performance degradation,
CPU temps are very normal, and even third-party programs such as Speedfan and CoreTemp are reporting negligible CPU usage (1%-2% idle).

I have tried disabling all startup applications, doing sfc /scannow, viewing reliability history, and restarting multiple times. No luck

There could be several reasons why the CPU is in low utilization while playing games.

Games use more GPU than CPU because the GPU is designed to handle the graphics and rendering of the game, while the CPU runs things like physics and shadows. Games that require heavy graphics processing, such as Cyberpunk, Horizon Zero Dawn, and Control, are very GPU-heavy. Increasing the draw distance on a match will likely tax the CPU more than the GPU.

If your GPU is not powerful enough to keep up with the demands of the game, it can bottleneck the CPU, which will also lead to low CPU utilization.

Game resolutions, in the low resolutions you will experience high CPU utilization and in the high resolutions, low CPU utilization.

CPU utilization in desktop

My CPU is 2% in idle, but my CPU utilization in 100% even on idle. Is it normal to have a high CPU utilization even if there are no apps running?
