Windows 10: My crop screen no longer works. The photo was normal in the beginning - but when I ask to...

How can I fix this problem - when I look online I see that many other people are having the same problem - but no answers. It always worked - but no longer... I use photos I take for my business - but I cannot do anything at all to them except basically change backgrounds - NO CROPPING!

• What changes have you made prior to this issue?
• To which program are you exactly using the crop tool? Photos App or Office 2016?
• You mentioned crop tool is not working properly when Photos App is used. Have you tried to close it, and check if the issue persists?

Crop tool Photos App not working

Not sure what you are suggesting. On the Photo Viewer App, there is nothing that lets me select, Aspect Ratio or Custom. It just gives an 'edit' option and when you choose 'Crop or Rotate' the Crop doesn't work. It just will not let you 'draw the lines'
as needed. Jumps to it's own conclusions, which cuts off part of the photo itself.

Weird...??!!

Is there a way to crop a photo I took on my LG Quantum WP7?? Pretty simple task which I hope doesn't mean a App needs to be purchased to do..
