Windows 10: My crusher wireless Skullcandy headphone mic is not working when its in Bluetooth or when I...

For some reason it says that headphones and mic are connected yet for some reason the mic still wont work the audio is great but the mic just wont work it has worked before and from what i can tell when i plugged the headphones into my pc that's when it stopped working although i may be wrong on that. I'm very sorry if that information is not helpful but its all I have.

Skullcandy Crusher Wireless Headphones will not unpair

I cannot get my skullcandy headphones to unpair from windows. I've tried uninstalling drivers through device manager as well as the hidden ones that were associated with the device. Also tried removing them in control panel. Tried the conventional way as well through bluetooth settings. Tried removing in airplane mode....Help. It's really annoying and I really don't want to have to reset windows 10 for the 6,000th time.

 

Mic and Headphone won't work together

I have the same BT headphone mic issue. Its a Skullcandy Crusher based on CSR8640.

Advertised headphone profiles are BT music, voice which pulls on Bluetooth Handsfree service.

My Dell LT has Qualcomm/Atheron 1820 Bluetooth 4.1 LE, driver 11/22/2015 10.0.0.191

Its a fully up to date BT & Win10 install.

Any app such as jabber or skype that attempts to use the BT mic when enabled in the audio config - elicits a 'krink' from the headphones - and then all BT connectivity drops, and when it resumes, the BT voice profile (Mic) drops off. The App is usually hung
- and even the task manager gets hung, then explorer hangs finally just a mouse trail. Snooping the event queue yields nothing I can make sense of. Very IRRITATING. Any ideas?

 

Headphone mic not working with laptop 3.5mm port

I have sennheiser hd4.40 wireless headphone. I also got a cable with headphone having 2.5mm pin(attached to headphone) to 3.5mm pin(attached to mobile phone).

Problem is that when i connect 3.5mm pin to my mobile phone headphone jack, in call i am able to use mic and headphone both at same time but:

1. When i connect the 3.5mm pin to 3.5mm jack for mic on my laptop, i am not able to use the mic.(my laptop has separate 3.5mm mic and 3.5mm headphone jack)
   
2. When i connect to 3.5mm jack for headphone, only headphone is working with laptop not mic.
   

Please do not suggest why I am not using Bluetooth because it is a separate problem.

I am missing something or maybe this may be limitation or something else. Help me on this. :-(
